Bill Cipher

So! Bill here is a master of the mind and a being that exists entirely in your consciousness. What this means is he can typically read a person's mind at a thought, easily picking out what they're thinking and even going deeper to learn things they'd never tell anybody. And that's before he dives into their dreams to root around their subconscious!

However, this probably isn't everyone's jam so I'm setting up this handy-dandy permissions post so people can tell me just Bill can and cannot know about them! Let's go!

First Off! Are you okay with Bill reading your character's mind at all?:

If so, what are you okay with him spouting off? Things like their names, parroting back any internal monologue or even deep dark secrets?:

Is there anything you would not want Bill to know or reveal? Deep dark secrets, fantasies, vendettas, that sort of thing:

Keep in mind, Bill will not do something crazy like jump onto the network and start rattling off everyone's deepest fears, that kind of information doesn't come cheap after all, but it'll still be a little something he can use for blackmail or trading purposes.
